So its Homeopathy Awareness Week - and I just had a fab week in Aosta in Italian Alps with loads of snow but OMG it’s such a physical workout. So grateful!! for homeopathy which meant faster recovery and more fun. Here are my 3 essentials:-
Arnica - for falls, bruises. Reduce swelling and increase mobility. Great for aching muscles when you're in your 50s
Ruta - for sprains, twists. Soothe joints, tendons, cartilage to feel flexible and strong after digging yourself out of snowdrifts
3. Nux Vomica - for apres ski, Give your liver some love if you have overdone it on the Aperitivo. ENJOY!
