DUTCH Complete
Sex hormones and adrenal test
DUTCH Complete gives an extensive profile of over 35 sex and adrenal hormones along with their metabolites.
It can help identify the root causes of hormone and adrenal imbalances and can provide insights into conditions such as premenstrual syndrome, PMDD, PCOS, menopause, infertility, weight gain, fatigue, low libido, sleep issues and mood disorders
DUTCH Testing can also be a helpful tool for menopausal patients monitoring HRT management of symptoms related to hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and osteoporosis.
DUTCH measures levels of oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol along with their metabolites. It also measures daily free cortisol and cortisone patterns, the oxidative stress marker 8-OHdG, melatonin and nine organic acids including markers for vitamin B12 (methylmalonate), vitamin B6 (kynurenate and xanthurenate), biotin (β-hydroxyisovalerate), glutathione (pyroglutamate), dopamine (homovanillate), norepinephrine/epinephrine (vanilmandelate), neuroinflammation (quinolinate) and tryptophan putrefaction (indican).

DUTCH Adrenal
Adrenal test only
The DUTCH Adrenal urine test offers insights similar to saliva testing but with additional metabolite measurements, enhancing understanding of cortisol production. It assesses daily free cortisol, cortisone, cortisol metabolites (a-THF and b-THF), cortisone metabolites (b-THE), and DHEA-S.
